Deep-fried olives stuffed with gorgonzola

What you need:

  • Large green olives (without pit)

  • Gorgonzola (Dolche, the sweeter version of Gorgonzola)

  • 1 egg, whisked

  • flour

  • Panko crumble

  • Sunflower oil

Method:

  • Stuff the olives with Gorgonzola

  • Cover olives in flour

  • Dip olives in the whisked egg

  • Cover olives in Panko crumble

  • Deep fry olives for 10 sec. in 180 degree sunflower oil

  • Let drip off on kitchen paper
