Almond cake with strawberries

What you need:

  • 200 g cane sugar

  • 3 large eggs

  • 200 g almonds

200 g dark chocolate

Cream:

  • 2.5 dl cream

  • 1 dl skyr

  • 1 vanilla pole

  • 2 large sprig strawberry jam

Garnish:

  • Fresh strawberries

How to make it:

Whip sugar and egg into a thick cream. Grind the almonds in a blender or chop them finely and fold into the cream. Draw a circle with the spring shape on a piece of baking paper. Cut it out and put it in the bottom of the mold. Grease the paper and sides of the mold with butter. Pour batter into the mold and bake at 175 for 30-35 minutes ̊. Let the cake cool in the mold, on a grate.

Melt chocolate and spread the chocolate over almond cake and let cool.

Whip the cream to foam. Add scallops, vanilla kernel and strawberry jam. Spread the cream on the cake and decorate with fresh strawberries.
