Baked apple with marzipan, cinnamon, butter and almonds, served with vanilla flavored Mascarpone cream

  • 4 apples

  • 100 g marzipan

  • 50 g of butter

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 50 g of almonds

Cut the top of the apples and remove the seeds without removing the bottom. Mix marzipan, butter and cinnamon. Stuff the mixture into the apples and top with chopped almonds. Bake the apples for 30-40 minutes in a 180 degree oven.

Vanilla Creme:

  • 2.5 dl cream

  • 150 g masrcarpone

  • grains from 1 vanilla tank

Whip the cream creamy. Whip the cream with the mascarpone and vanilla seeds. Top the apples with the whipped cream
