Baked plums with skyr cream
What you need:
1/2 cup cane sugar
1 vanilla pod
1 dl skyr
2 dl cream
muesli (make possibly your own muesli of rye, oatmeal, nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed, sesame seeds, flax seeds and desiccated coconut. Fry it all in honey).
How to make it:
Slice the plums and remove the kernels. Scrape out the vanilla grains out and save it for the cream. Blend the Vanilla pod with cane sugar.
Sprinkle vanilla sugar over the halved plums and bake in oven for 3 hours at 150 degrees.
Whip the cream and mix it with skyr and add the cream together with a little vanilla sugar. Arrange plums with cream, sprinkle with muesli and grated lime peel.
