Black pasta with salmon

What you need:

  • 200 g of salmon

  • 400 g black pasta

  • 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives

  • 1 onion

  • 1 cup white wine

  • 2.5 dl cream

  • a little chopped chives

  • parmesan

  • salt and pepper

  • olive oil

How to make it:

Cook the pasta al dente. Cut the salmon into cubes. Fine chop the onion and fry it in a little olive oil. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and olives. Pour in the white wine and reduce slightly. Add the cream and reduce until the sauce is creamy. Then add the salmon. Turn it gently around for a few minutes. Pour the sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle with a little grated parmesan and chives. Serve.
