Black spaghetti with prawns

Black spaghetti with prawns

  • 500 g of black spaghetti

  • 300 g prawns

  • 6 cloves garlic

  • 2 cans. peeled tomatoes

  • 1 ds concentrated tomato puree

  • 1 onion

  • 1 dl. white wine

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

  • 1 red chilli

  • 1 handful chopped parsley

  • oil

  • parmesan

  • lemon

  • salt and pepper

 

The finely sliced onion and 3 finely chopped garlic and chopped chilli are fried in oil in a pan under medium heat until they are shiny. Add the white wine and cook for 2 minutes. Add the peeled tomatoes and the concentrated tomato puree. Add the basil, rosemary and cook for 30-45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil the spagetti in salted water for 12 minutes. Pour the spaghetti in a sieve and then into a bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the pasta.
Roast in oil, tiger prawns with the shell and the intestine removed, let tail sit. Fry together with the 3 garlic cloves which are cut into thin slices . The shrimp should be cooked in a very hot pan for only 1/2-1 minute on each side. Remove shrimp and garlic pieces away from the pan.
Serve in warm plates with a sprinkle of lemon, parsley and grated parmesan.
