Broccoflower with a buttery sauce, capers, cornichons and parsley

What you need:

  • 1 broccoflower (or cauliflower)

  • 50 g butter

  • 4 tablespoons capers

  • 8-10 cornichones

  • 1 handful of fresh parsley

  • pepper

Method:

  1. Boil the broccoflower until tender in salted water

  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan

  3. Add chopped cornichones, chopped capers, chopped parsley and freshly grounded pepper

  4. Serve the cauliflower whole topped with the butter mixture
