Buttermilk dessert with rye bread crumbles and strawberries
What you need:
1 liter of organic buttermilk
1 liter of organic ymer
50 g sugar
1 vanilla pod
2 organic egg yolks
a little lemon juice
How to make it:
Whisk sugar, egg yolks and vanilla grains together until it is white and fluffy.
Stir in sour milk and buttermilk mixture and season with a little lemon juice.
Serve in a cold bowl with strawberries and rye bread crumbles.
