Caesars salad with honey roasted chicken

What you need:

Salad

  • 4 mini romaine lettuce

Bread croutons

  • 4 thick slices of white bread

  • 1/2 dl. virgin olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoons butter

Parmesan slices

  • 1 large handful of coarsely grated or sin slices of parmesan cheese

Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • soya

  • honney

Dressing

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 6 anchovy fillets

  • 1 tablespoon grated horseradish

  • 25 ml. sherryvine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1-2 dl extra virgin olive oil

  • 25 ml. water ...if necessary

  • Worchestershire-sauce

  • salt

  • pepper

How to make it:

Separate the washed and dried lettuce in whole leaves

In a 200 degree oven put circles of grated parmesan cheese on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown

Cut bread into 3x3 cm cubes. Fry them golden in a pan with butter and garlic

let the chicken breasts soak in the marinade og soya and honey seasoned with salt and pepper for 30 min. Roast in a pan over medium heat and slice the chicken in 1 cm slices. Let cool.

Pour all the ingredients for the dressing in a tall container and blend them with a hand blender, season with salt and pepper

Arrange on a large platter or in portions on plates with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese or a baked parmesan strip.
