Carpaccio with chanterelles, black berries, rocket salad, parmesan cheese, truffle oil and flowers

What you need

  • 200 g beef carpaccio

  • 1 lemon

  • 200g chanterelles

  • 50g black berries

  • Ruccula salad

  • parmesan cheese

  • olive oil

  • garlic clove

  • truffle oil

  • butter

  • salt and pepper

Then do this

  • Brush plates with a mixture of olive oil and crushed garlic

  • Fry the chanterelles in butter

  • Arrange beef carpaccio

  • Drizzle a little lime on top

  • Add chanterelles, halved black berries and Ruccola salad on the meat

  • Drizzle with a little of truffle oil on top

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Add grated Parmesan on top

  • If you have, sprinkle with small edible flowers.

  • Serve eventually with butter fried bread
