Carpaccio with chanterelles, black berries, rocket salad, parmesan cheese, truffle oil and flowers
What you need
200 g beef carpaccio
50g black berries
salt and pepper
Then do this
Brush plates with a mixture of olive oil and crushed garlic
Fry the chanterelles in butter
Arrange beef carpaccio
Drizzle a little lime on top
Add chanterelles, halved black berries and Ruccola salad on the meat
Drizzle with a little of truffle oil on top
Season with salt and pepper.
Add grated Parmesan on top
If you have, sprinkle with small edible flowers.
Serve eventually with butter fried bread
