Chanterelle bruschetta with truffle

What you need:

  • 2-300 g chanterelles

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 small onion

  • butter

  • fresh thyme

  • 1 cup cream

  • 1 tablespoon Marsala

  • bread

How to make it:

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean the chanterelles with a soft brush. Saute the onion and garlic in butter. Add the chanterelles. Fry it for a few minutes. Pour over a little Marsala and reduce almost away. Add the cream and let simmer untill it is creamy.

Serve the chanterelles on butter fried slices of bread with fresh thyme and grated truffle on top.
