Chicken noodles

  • 8-10 sweet Piquanté peppers from glass

  • 2-3 cm of ginger

  • 4-6 spring onions

  • 1 handful fresh edamame beans

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 4 pcs. chicken breast

  • 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 3-4 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce

  • 3-4 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • 1 handful fresh coriander

  • olive oil

  • vermicelli/glass noodles

Let the noodles soak in cold water to let them soften. Drain and pour over boiling water just before serving.

Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and marinate them in a little soy sauce and teriyaki sauce for an hour before frying. Fry the chicken pieces in olive oil. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Then add the peppers and scallions. Add lime juice, oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce and soy sauce in together with edamame beans. Mix everything gently with the cooked glass noodles and sprinkle with fresh cilantro and a few splashes soy sauce and teriyaki sauce.
