Chocolate cake with blueberries

  • 100 g butter

  • 100 g cane sukker

  • 100 g of dark chocolate 70%

  • 3 eggs

  • 50 g of wheat flour

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • 250 g blueberries


  • 150g dark chocolate

  • 50 g of soft butter

  • 2 tbsp. whipped cream


  • fresh blueberries


Melt the butter, sugar and chocolate over low heat in a water bath. Beat the eggs in one by one. Sift flour and baking powder and fold together blueberries. Pour in the mass in a greased springform. Bake in a 175 ° oven for 20-30 minutes until it is perfectly baked.

TOPPING: Melt chocolate over water bath and allow to cool slightly. Stir in the butter for a uniform mass, and add the cream. When the cake has cooled, spread the chocolate cream over the cake. Sprinkle with fresh blueberries.
