Crab claws, grilled lemon and dill mayo
What you need:
1.5 kg crab claws
1 bunch dill
1 cup mayo
1 dl shun or sour cream 18%
salt and pepper
Wash and rinse the crab claws.
Bring water to the boil.
Add the dill sprigs, salt and pour in the crab claws.
Boil them for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow the claws to rest in the water for 15 minutes.
Remove the claws and let cool in the fridge
Mix mayo and shun/sour cream along with a great bunch of chopped dill.
Season with salt and pepper.
Halve the lemons and grill them shortly on a very hot grill.
