Crab claws, grilled lemon and dill mayo

What you need:

  • 1.5 kg crab claws

  • 1 bunch dill

  • 2 lemons

  • 1 cup mayo

  • 1 dl shun or sour cream 18%

  • salt and pepper

Method:

  • Wash and rinse the crab claws.

  • Bring water to the boil.

  • Add the dill sprigs, salt and pour in the crab claws.

  • Boil them for 15 minutes.

  • Turn off the heat and allow the claws to rest in the water for 15 minutes.

  • Remove the claws and let cool in the fridge

  • Mix mayo and shun/sour cream along with a great bunch of chopped dill.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Halve the lemons and grill them shortly on a very hot grill.
