Cream puffs with crab salad
125 g wheat flour
2 dl water
Boil water and butter.
Add flour and whip it well together.
Cool slightly before adding one egg at a time.
Pour the dough into a syringe and spray approx. 6 pieces of dough on baking paper.
Bake them in a 200 degree hot oven for approx. 20 minutes.
2 canned crab meat ( or better, cook some fresh claws)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of shun
1 finely chopped red chilli
1 small bunch of chopped fresh coriander
2 tablespoons finely chopped red pepper
A little lemon juice
salt and pepper
salad of your choice
Mix all ingredients.
Top eventually with some trout roe
