Crisp baked green kale with a wasabi dip
salt and pepper
3-4 tablespoons shun
3-4 tablespoons of mayo
Put the washed and dried green kale leaves in a bowl with a little olive oil. Rub olive oil into the leaves. Place them on a baking sheet with wax paper. Sprinkle the leaves with salt and pepper. Bake them for about 10 minutes in a 170 degree oven.
Mix shun and mayo together. Add wasabi depending on how strong it has to be.
