Crudites with 3 dips

Crudites with 3 dips

Pesto:

  • 1 handful fresh basil

  • 1 dl sunflower oil

  • 50 grams of walnuts

  • 50 g parmasan cheese

Blend all ingredients.

Pepper Pesto:

  • 2 red peppers

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 50 g of almond

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1.5 cups water

  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 red chilli

Cut the peppers into chunks. Fry the peppers until tender in a little olive oil. Add garlic, almonds, chili and paprika. Add apple vinegar and water. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Let cool until room temperature. Blend it with Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.

 

 

Humus:

  • 1 can chickpeas

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 1/2 cup olive oil + 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • salt and pepper

Blend all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
