Figs baked with Parma ham, goat cheese, walnuts and Balsamic vinegar

What you need:

  • 4 fresh figs

  • 4 slices of Parma ham

  • soft goat cheese

  • walnuts

  • balsamic vinegar

  • rocket salat

Method:

  • Cut a 3/4 deep "cross" in each fig

  • Place a few small lumps of goat cheese in each

  • Add a few drips of Balsamic vinegar

  • Sprinkle with crushed walnut

  • Wrap each fig loosely with a slice of Parma ham

  • Bake for approx. 15 min at 180 degrees in oven

  • Let cool down

  • Serve on a bed of rocked salad
