Fish tacos with salsa

Fish tacos with salsa

  • 400 g of cod

  • 2 eggs

  • Panko breadcrumbs

  • salt and pepper

  • neutral oil

Cut the fish into suitable pieces. Dip them in beaten egg first, then in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry them in 180 degrees sunflower oil.

Salsa:

  • Mixed tomatoes (red, green, yellow and orange)

  • mango

  • avocado

  • red chili

  • Red onion

  • fresh coriander

  • some olive oil

  • lime juice

  • salt and pepper

 

Garnish:

  • Japanese mayo mixed with koriander

  • Tacos (soft)

Dice the tomatoes (without the seeds -only the meat). Mix with chopped cilantro, finely chopped chili and red onion. Season with salt, pepper, oil and a little lime juice.

Serve the tacos with Japanese mayo, fried fish pieces and salsa.
