  • 1 dl crushed flaxseed

  • 1 dl grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 dl chia seeds

  • 1 dl water

 

Mix all ingredients together and let it soak 10-15 minutes. Distribute the mixture thinly and evenly on baking paper. Bake it for about 30 minutes in 200 degree oven. When it is cooled cracked it into pieces. Serve possible the biscuits to some cheese and jam.
