French toast with orange shun and berries
4 pcs brioche bread or plain. toast
1 dl. milk
Beat eggs and milk together in a shallow dish. Add the bread slices herein and let them absorb all the moisture , turn eventually the breads a couple of times.
Fry the bread in butter in a medium hot frying pan
When they are golden brown put on a baking dish and bake further in an oven at 240 degrees for about 4 min.
4 dl. shun
2 tbsp. orange juice
Mix orange aft in shunning together with orange peel
Berries and nuts
Serve the warm toast slices with a few spoonfuls of shun and garnish with berries, nuts and maple syrup
