Gnocchi with mushrooms and Gremolata

  • 400 g of mushrooms

  • 250 g of gnocchi

  • 25 g butter

  • Zest of lemon

  • gremolata (1 handful fresh basil, grated peel of 1 lemon, 50 parmesan and 2 cloves garlic blended)

In a wok pan on medium heat, fry both mushrooms and gnocchi for 5 minutes in plenty of butter. Serve immediately, sprinkled with gremolata and zest of lemon.
