Gnocchi with mushrooms and Gremolata
400 g of mushrooms
250 g of gnocchi
25 g butter
Zest of lemon
gremolata (1 handful fresh basil, grated peel of 1 lemon, 50 parmesan and 2 cloves garlic blended)
In a wok pan on medium heat, fry both mushrooms and gnocchi for 5 minutes in plenty of butter. Serve immediately, sprinkled with gremolata and zest of lemon.
