Grilled corncob with parsley, garlic and chilli butter and grated parmesan cheese
100 g butter
1 bunch parsley
1 red chilli
2 cloves garlic
Blend butter, parsley, chili and garlic. Soak the corncobs in water for at least 3o minutes. Grill them with the leaves on. They are done when the leaves get brown. Serve with spiced butter and grated parmesan.
