Japanese cheesecake

  • 3 eggs

  • 125 g of cream cheese

  • 125 g of white chocolate

 

Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the whites until stiff. Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Beat the egg yolks and cream cheese together and add the melted white chocolate. Gently pour the egg whites into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a medium-sized springform pan lined with baking paper.
Bake the cake in a baking pan half filled with water, around the mold. Bake 30 min. at 170 degrees. Turn off the oven and let stand in the oven for additional 15 min.
Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
