Lima beans and vegetable paté
What you need:
1 can of lima beans
1 large handful of fresh spinach
1 large handful of green beans
1 red bell pepper
1 small broccoli
1/2 red chili
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tablespoons paprika
salt and pepper
1 big carrot
1 teaspoon coarse mustard,
1 teaspoon of honey,
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
6 tablespoons olive oil
Mix all ingredients
Give the sliced green beans and broccoli a boil in lightly salted water.
Dice the red pepper and mix with beans and broccoli.
Blend Lima beans, spinach, chili, flour, egg, onions, garlic, peppers, fresh thyme and salt &pepper .
Turn in the green beans, broccoli and red pepper in the mixture.
Peel carrot and cut it on mandolin iron in thin strips.
Grease a form of olive oil and coat it with carrot strips.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake it in a 200 degree hot oven for approx. 45 minutes.
Serve the paté with fresh salad and the dressing.
