Lima beans and vegetable paté

What you need:

  • 1 can of lima beans

  • 1 large handful of fresh spinach

  • 1 large handful of green beans

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 small broccoli

  • 1/2 red chili

  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour

  • 1 onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 tablespoons paprika

  • fresh thyme

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 big carrot

  • olive oil

Dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon coarse mustard,

  • 1 teaspoon of honey,

  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

  • Mix all ingredients

 

Method:

  • Give the sliced green beans and broccoli a boil in lightly salted water.

  • Dice the red pepper and mix with beans and broccoli.

  • Blend Lima beans, spinach, chili, flour, egg, onions, garlic, peppers, fresh thyme and salt &pepper .

  • Turn in the green beans, broccoli and red pepper in the mixture.

  • Peel carrot and cut it on mandolin iron in thin strips.

  • Grease a form of olive oil and coat it with carrot strips.

  • Pour the dough into the mold and bake it in a 200 degree hot oven for approx. 45 minutes.

  • Serve the paté with fresh salad and the dressing.
