Lumpfish roe with Burrata and lime

What you need:

  • 150g fresh and cleaned lumpfish roe

  • 2 fresh Burrata cheese, each 125g

  • Lime

  • Neutral oil

  • Good bread

How to make it:

  • Add the zest of the lime into a small bowl

  • Mix juice from the lime with some neutral oil

  • Set aside

  • Arrange ½ a burrata in a small dish or bowl

  • Drizzle with Lumpfish roe

  • Drizzle with the lime mixture

  • Serve with butter fried bread
