Mini spring rolls with salmon, spinnach and ricotta cheese

  • 200 g of ricotta cheese

  • 100 g grated Parmesan

  • 2 large handful of fresh spinach

  • nutmeg

  • butter

  • 100 g of salmon

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 pack of filo dough

  • neutral oil

  • Saute spinach in butter

  • Sprinkle the spinach and drip it completely free from water

  • Mix the spinach with grated parmesan, small salmon pieces and ricotta cheese

  • Season with salt and pepper

  • Place 2 pieces of filo dough and fold the sides over the filling and roll it

  • Moisten the edges with a little water that the roll is completely closed

  • Fry the rolls in neutral oil

  • Serve with lime slices
