Mushroom pie

What you need:

  • 500 g of mushrooms

  • 250 g of feta

  • 1/2 dl port wine

  • 2 tablespoons soy

  • 2 onions

  • 1 dl cream

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • butter

  • 25 g blue cheese cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme

  •   pepper

How to make it:

  1. Cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces

  2. Cut the onions and garlic into fine piece

  3. Sauté mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter

  4. Add thyme and pepper

  5. Add port wine and soy sauce

  6. Let it simmer

  7. Beat eggs and cheese together

  8. Mix the mushroom mixture into the egg mixture

  9. Pour it into a greased mold and bake the pie in a 200 degree hot oven for one hour.

  10. Serve ideally with a salad.
