Oatmeal cookies with chocolate and nuts
150 g butter
200 g of wheat flour
50 g oatmeal
100 g of sugar
1-2 cups mixed chopped nuts
100 g dark chocolate
Cut the butter into small cubes. Put flour and oatmeal in a bowl and spread the butter into the flour and oatmeal with your fingers. When it's kneaded well, add sugar and eggs. Knead well. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Sprinkle flour on the table and roll out the dough. Cut the dough into small or large circles. Place on baking paper and bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees oven.
Let cool the cookies. Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Drizzle chocolate on the cookies and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
