Oysters with kale and bacon
What you need:
2 slices bacon, thinly sliced
25 g. Butter
large handful of kale
How to make it:
Grill the bacon in the microwave oven that they can be crushed into granules.
Open the oysters, pour the liquid into a bowl. Add water until 1 dl liquid in total.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the oyster liquid. remove the oysters from the shell, and wash the shells.
Saute the green cabbage lightly in butter in a frying pan. Just before serving whipp the oyster liquid into foam with a stick blender. Now you have "sea fog".
At the bottom of the oyster shells put some of the slightly warm kale, add an oyster on top, then sprinkle with bacon granule and finally top with sea fog.
