Paccheri pasta with mushrooms and walnuts

  • 500 g of pasta (Paccheri)

  • 1 large handful fresh spinach

  • 250g mixed mushrooms

  • 1 cup white wine

  • 2.5 dl cream

  • parmesan

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 onion

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper

Chop the garlic and onion finely. Fry the mushrooms, onion and garlic in oil. Add the white wine and let reduce a little. Pour in the cream and boil until a creamy consistency is reached. Add spinach. Cook the pasta al dente and toss the mushrooms in the sauce. Serve with freshly grated parmesan.
