Pasta with olive oil, garlic, chili and zucchini ( Spaghetti aglio e olio con peperoncino)

  • 500 pasta

  • 1 squash

  • 1 handful parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

  • 5 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • salt and pepper

Cook the pasta al dente. Slice the zucchini into thin spagetti strips. Cut the garlic into slices. Fry the garlic carefully in olive oil. Add the chilli flakes and toss in the zucchini strips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add in the pasta. Serve with finely chopped parsley on top.
