Peach tart with muscovado sugar and nuts
What you need for baking in a pie dish of approx. 20cm :
1 readymade pie dough
2 -3 peaches
25g muscovado sugar
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Cover the pie dish with the pie dough. Keep the baking paper between dish and dough.
Slice the peaches each in 8 pieces
Place the peach slices on top of dough
Chop the nuts
In a pan melt the butter and sugar and add the chopped nuts under medium heat. Be carefull only to just melt the butter and sugar under steady stirring
Pour the melted mixture over the peaches
Bake in oven for 20 min.
Let cool down
Serve with cold sour cream on top
