Peach tart with muscovado sugar and nuts

What you need for baking in a pie dish of approx. 20cm :

  • 1 readymade pie dough

  • 2 -3 peaches

  • 25g muscovado sugar

  • 25g butter

  • 25g hazelnuts

 

Prepping:

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  • Cover the pie dish with the pie dough. Keep the baking paper between dish and dough.

  • Slice the peaches each in 8 pieces

  • Place the peach slices on top of dough

  • Chop the nuts

  • In a pan melt the butter and sugar and add the chopped nuts under medium heat. Be carefull only to just melt the butter and sugar under steady stirring

  • Pour the melted mixture over the peaches

  • Bake in oven for 20 min.

  • Let cool down

  • Serve with cold sour cream on top
