Add plenty of goat cheese to the slice of rye bread. Cut the avocado into slices, drizzle with a little lime juice. Chop the nuts and cut spring onions finely. Add avocado slices on top of the goat cheese. Sprinkle with nuts, spring onions and top with fresh cress. Season with a little salt and pepper.
