Salad with grilled squid and Goma dressing

What you need:

Goma Dressing

  • 125 g of sesame seeds

  • 3 tablespoons. soy.

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1/2 chili

  • 1 tsp. cane sugar or coconut sugar.

  • lemon juice from a large lemon.

  • 1/2 dl of mild olive oil.

  • 1/2 dl of cold water

Mix everything in your kitchen blender.

Salad:

  • pointed cabbage

  • radishes

  • cooked, black Quinoa seeds

  • fresh coriander

  • squids marinated in soy, chilli, paprika and olive oil, for at least 1 hour

  • scallions

Grill the squids and serve on the salad, sprinkle with Goma dressing
