Salad with grilled squid and Goma dressing
What you need:
125 g of sesame seeds
3 tablespoons. soy.
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp. cane sugar or coconut sugar.
lemon juice from a large lemon.
1/2 dl of mild olive oil.
1/2 dl of cold water
Mix everything in your kitchen blender.
cooked, black Quinoa seeds
squids marinated in soy, chilli, paprika and olive oil, for at least 1 hour
Grill the squids and serve on the salad, sprinkle with Goma dressing
