Salmon with black rice orange sauce
What you need:
4 salmon steaks
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
400 g of black rice
1 yellow pepper
1 tablespoon butter for frying
juice of 1 orange
1 1/2 vegetable cube
1 cup cream
4 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
1 bunch parsley fried in oil
How to make it:
Cook the rice. Marinate salmon steaks in soy.
Chop the onion and bell pepper finely. Fry the chopped vegetables in butter. Add the vegetable cube, orange juice and cream. Cook for some minutes.
Blend the sauce and add the butter. Season with salt and pepper. Keep the sauce warm, but not boiling.
Bake the salmon in a pre heated oven by 180 degrees for approx. 10 min.. Arrange the salmon on rice with fried parsley on top. Pour sauce around it.
