Smoked halibut with black linguine

What you need:

  • 400 g. Black linguine

  • 100 g. Gorgonzola

  • 2 dl. cream

  • 1 dl. white wine

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 tbsp. pink peppercorns

  • olive oil

  • 4 slices smoked halibut

  • salt and pepper.

How to make it:

Boil the pasta.
Fry the finely chopped onion in a little olive oil. Add the white wine and reduce slightly.
Add the gorgonzola, cream and pink pepper. Boil it down to a creamy consistency.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta into the gorgonzola creamy sauce and serve with the smoked halibut.
