Spaghetti with smoked mussels, smoked paprika and capers

Spaghetti with smoked mussels, smoked paprika and capers

  • 400 grams of spaghetti

  • 1-2 cans or glass of smoked mussels

  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 onions

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 3 tablespoons capers

  • 2 chopped tomatoes

  •  fresh chopped parsley

  • salt and pepper

 

Cook the pasta al dente.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Saute onions and garlic in the oil from the jar with the mussels. Add the tomato paste, smoked paprika and chopped tomato. Let the tomato sauce simmer a few minutes. Add the capers and smoked mussels. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with pasta. Serve with some fresh chopped parsley on top.
