Spicy squid and chorizo salad

What you need:

  • 10 small squids

  • 10 slices of chorizo sausage

  • mixed salad

  • 12 olives

  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1 cup green soybeans

  1. Parsley oil:

    • 1 handful parsley

    • 1 cup olive oil

    • salt and pepper

  2. Marinade for squids:

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    • 1 tablespoon sherry

    • salt and pepper

    • 1 clove garlic

    • 1/2 chili

  3. Dressing:

    • 1/2 teaspoon honey

    • 1 teaspoon mustard

    • 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar

    • 6 tablespoons olive oil

    • salt and pepper

What you need:

Marinate the squids in the marinade for an hour.
Mix ingredients for the dressing.
Blend the parsley with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chorizo sausages into cubes and toast them on a dry pan.
Rinse the lettuce and chop olives and sundried tomatoes coarsely.
Fry the squid in a few minutes on the hot pan.
Arrange the salad on a platter with squid, soy beans, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and chorizo sausages and pour the dressing over the. Sprinkle with parsley oil.
Serve.
