1 pack of ready made pie dough
1 yellow squash
1 green squash
4oo ricotta cheese
150 grated Parmesan
salt and pepper
Line a pie dish with pie dough and pre bake the pie for 10 minutes in a 175 degree oven.
Grate the 2 squash into thin strips on a mandolin iron.
In a bowl, stir in eggs, ricotta cheese and Parmesan and mix.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add cheese cream in the lightly baked pie dough.
