Tacos with duck filet, red cabbage and chillies
3.5 dl of boiling water
4 dl corn flour
Knead well and roll out thinly. Press some circles out and fry them in oil to hot pan.
duck fillet (marinated in Mexican Mole dressing or soy dressing and fried in hot pan)
red cabbage (marinated in Teriyaki and sesame oil)
finely sliced red, yellow and green chili
1 red bell pepper
4 red chili
2 cloves garlic
1 can of concentrated tomato paste
salt and pepper
Blend everything and season with salt and pepper.
