Tacos with duck filet, red cabbage and chillies

Taco:

  • 3.5 dl of boiling water

  • 4 dl corn flour

Knead well and roll out thinly. Press some circles out and fry them in oil to hot pan.

Filling:

  • duck fillet (marinated in Mexican Mole dressing or soy dressing and fried in hot pan)

  • avocado

  • mango

  • red cabbage (marinated in Teriyaki and sesame oil)

  • chopped peanuts

  • lime slices

  • finely sliced red, yellow and green chili

  • fresh coriander

Chili dip:

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 4 red chili

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 can of concentrated tomato paste

  • salt and pepper

Blend everything and season with salt and pepper.
