Tagliatelle, chanterelles, peas, goat cheese and sage
What you need:
400 g. tagliatelle
100 g. soft goat cheese
200 g. chanterelles
100 g. peas
fresh sage leaves
2 cloves garlic
100 g butter
salt and pepper.
How to make it:
Boil the pasta in salted water.
Fry the finely chopped onions and garlic in olive oil. in a big wok pan
Fry the chanterelles in butter, in a little pan
Add the pasta to the wok pan
Add some pasta water and stir carefully until desired creaminess
Add the peas
Add plenty of sage leaves to the chanterelles and fry for 30 sec.
Add the chanterelles, sage leaves and the butter they have been fried into the pasta
Add lumps of goat cheese
Season with salt and pepper
Stir carefully and serve in heated deep plates
