Tapas of smoked mussels and mushrooms

Tapas of smoked mussels and mushrooms

  • 1 jar/glass of smoked mussels in oil

  • 250 grams of mussels

  • 2.5 dl cream

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 small onion

  • salt and pepper

  • bread

Topping:

  • 1 dl grated parmesan

  • 1 dl bread crumbs

  • 1/2 dl chopped parsley

  • grated peel of 1 lemon

 

Mix all ingredients.

Sift the oil from mussels and use oil to sauté in. Chop the clams and mushrooms. Finely cut onion and garlic. Sauté onion, garlic and the chopped mushrooms. Add cream and let simmer until it is creamy. Add the chopped mussels. Season with salt and pepper. Toast the bread and place the mussels / mushroom mixture on top. Sprinkle with the cheese mixture. Grill the bread so the cheese just melts. Serve.
