Teriyaki baked Salmon in salad with glass noodles and miso dressing.

Salad:

  • bean sprouts

  • finely chopped fennel

  • pea sprouts

  • broccoli

  • lettuce

  • spinach

  • spring onions

  • Glass noodles (immersed in cold water for ten minutes and then boiled for 1 minute. Rinse in cold water so they do not stick)

  • salmon (brush's with teriyaki and bake in 180 ° oven for 10 minutes)

Miso dressing:

  • 1 red chilli

  • 1/4 cup of sunflower oil

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons misopasta

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon black sesame

  • 1 teaspoon white sesame

  • 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger

Toast the sesame lightly on a dry pan.  theFinly chop chili. Mix all the dressing ingredients.
Mix the glass noodles with salad and serve with salmon pieces. Pour over the miso dressing.
