Tuna tartar with raw marinated scallop
What you need:
For 2 people:
100 g of tuna
1 tbsp. pink pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 dl. lime juice
1 tsp. soy
salt and pepper
Mixed baby lettuce, sorrel and edible flowers.
How to make it:
Cut the tuna into small cubes and toss it in a little olive oil, soy sauce and a little crushed pink pepper (the rest of the whole pink peppercorns are the scallops).
Cut the scallops into thin slices (cut across). Marinate slices in lime juice and sprinkle with pink pepper. Sprinkle with a little salt.
Place the tuna in a ring / form. Add scallop slices on top of the tuna. Garnish top with crispy baby lettuce, sorrel and edible flowers.
Drizzle with a little soy sauce.
