Vegetable and Blue cheese pie
What you need:
1 pack of ready made pie dough
75 g blue cheese
2 dl cream
2 dl milk
1 tsk dried thyme
1 tsk dried rosemary
1 tsk dried oregano
salt and pepper
Mixed vegetables (i.e. broccoli, peppers, squash, green beans, spring onions, tomatoes etc)
Line a pie dish with pie dough and pre bake the pie for 10 minutes in a 175 degree oven.
Whip eggs, cream, milk and cheese together.
Add the spices.
Fill the pie with vegetables and pour the mixture over.
Bake the pie for approx. 1 hour at 175 degrees.
Serve eventually with a green salad
