  • frisee lettuce

  • radicchio leaves

  • pink grape

  • sheep feta

  • mint leaves

  • pistachio nuts

  • spring onions

  • blueberry

  • mixed cherry tomatoes (yellow, red and violet)

Wash all vegetables and fruit. Pluck frisee salad and finely chop the spring onions. Cut the grape fruit into fillets. Finely chop the pistachio nuts. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the mint leaves. Arrange as you like and pour over the dressing. Serve with good bread.


  • Juice from 1 red grape

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • salt and pepper

Stir everything together.
